WILLPOWER STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

At Willpower Strength and Conditioning, our motto is “Passion, Dedication, Willpower!” It means you need to have the PASSION about your goals and be excited for each day you get to train. You need to have DEDICATION in order to achieve your goals. Finally, you need the WILLPOWER to endure the tough days! 

Olympic Weightlifting, OLY, includes the competition lifts known as the snatch and the clean and jerk. Whether you’d like to learn them, improve on current skill, or get on the competition platform, we’re here to help! Also included are various presses, pulls, squats, and core work, all with the goal to improve your ability to perform the competition lifts.

GENERAL WELLNESS
Not looking to compete in anything? Not currently an athlete? No problem! General wellness helps reinforce proper overall health and wellness with the goal of improving upon your current status. Lose weight and slim down, build muscle and bulk, or just start with a lifestyle change! Whatever your goals are, they’re WPSC’s goals as well.

Online Coaching

Sometimes you want to work with a specific coach, however the scheduling doesn't match up or they're too far away for in person sessions. No worry! Through using True Coach, WPSC has been able to program successful workouts for all kinds of athletes with all kinds of goals! Here are some benefits:

About Me

Hey everyone! Coach Chris here, owner of Willpower Strength and Conditioning. I’m from Far Rockaway, Queens in New York City, and moved into Williamsport in Summer 2018 after graduating from Brooklyn College with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Since 2015 I’ve been a coach, but my passion for fitness began before that! A football player since I was 7 until I was in college, I was always an active person, but overall strength and conditioning really came into the picture after my sophomore football season in high school and I haven’t looked back since! Olympic weightlifting, sport specific training, and general wellness are the different factions of fitness I’m drawn to.

 

Passion, dedication, and willpower aren’t just the words to describe what WPSC is about, but also what I’m about as a coach. Achieving your goals won’t be easy, but difficult things can still be accomplished. From hitting your first homer, nailing a PR at a weightlifting competition, or even feeling better day to day, the goals of each athlete are my goals, and together we’ll work as hard and as smart as we can…so let’s get started!
